We asked clients of Vegan Vacations to give us their first-hand review of how they found the TRS Yucatan Resort Mexico. The details and photos included here are directly from clients who travelled to this resort mid 2022.
Resort Service
The resort service was phenomenal.
Upon check-in, we met with an employee who is responsible for the resorts’ kitchens, and he handed us both a list of potential ingredients we could ask to be used in the preparation of non-vegan foods to make those dishes vegan. We were also assigned a group of concierges who worked throughout the day to make our stay more comfortable and to fulfill our every need. This service ran from the early morning to around midnight, and it is through the concierges that services like cart transportation and room service is arranged. Additionally, the concierges also texted us every morning through WhatsApp with the current temperature and humidity index, the activities organized throughout the resort and their scheduled times, as well as any special dinners and other miscellaneous events at TRS Yucatan. They also checked in with us if we had not made a reservation at one of the resorts’ many restaurants, which was nice in case we forgot to.
